Strategic Form is my focus. I am specifically interested in Design for the Social Good and engaging in work that contributes to a positive impact on social life, greater sense of community, and increase in sustainable creative growth. I believe like the modernists did, that design could perform as an agent of social and political transformation. There is an undercurrent in both my professional work and my teaching that consistently connects to this philosophy. I highly respect the theoretical underpinnings of higher education as well as the pragmatic concerns of companies. However, it is somewhere in the middle where lasting change occurs.
