Project Background

Hoskins Rose LLC, is an architecture firm located in Knoxville, TN. In 2017, Principle Partners, Lisa Hoskins and James Rose saw a niche in the market and went after it. They wanted to design uniques spaces specifically for creative people. Their target audience is people who are seeking authentic self-expression; those aspiring to build a better future. What makes Hoskins Rose so great is that they are able to do this while working within the budgets and lifestyles of their clients…And their clients love them for it. For their logo, it was important to symbolize this ability to embrace constraints. I also wanted to show how two people could have individual ideas and talents, but still work well together.
